PARTNERSHIP FAQ
How we work
together.
Who approves the work, how it reaches your client, and what the proposal covers. We agree on these details before production starts.
How does this partnership fit my work as a media buyer?
You keep ownership of media strategy, ad spend, and campaign decisions. Rezolvy handles the agreed websites, content, social media, analytics, and technical work based on your brief. You can commission one deliverable or combine several workstreams in the same project.
Can you deliver under my agency's brand?
We can work under your agency's brand through a white-label arrangement. Branding on deliverables, confidentiality, client communication, and portfolio permissions should be agreed before work begins.
Can you implement a design or content I already have?
Yes. We can join at the stage you need, including design, development, social media, analytics, automation, or support. We review the files, requirements, and platform to define the scope, dependencies, and approval criteria.
How do you set pricing, timing, and revisions?
The proposal reflects the deliverables, complexity, integrations, and available materials. It sets the timeline, approval stages, and revision rounds. If the need changes, we assess the impact and agree on the revised scope before continuing.
Who speaks with the end client?
Your agency leads the relationship and gathers approvals. If the client needs a technical conversation, we agree in advance on Rezolvy's role and who joins. We include that arrangement in the project plan.
Can I outsource work on a recurring basis?
We can scope an ongoing partnership for creative production, social media, support, and improvements. We agree on volume, priorities, availability, and response times around your operation. Each new request still gets a defined scope.
Can you take over an existing website or store?
Yes. We start by reviewing the project and access. We check the platform, integrations, and issue before proposing the work. Third-party tools may require access from the client and their own subscription.
What happens to files, access, and support after delivery?
The proposal lists the files and access included, handoff guidance, and the support period or arrangement. We identify third-party accounts and licenses in the scope. Ongoing support and new features can be agreed as follow-on work.
NEXT STEP
